01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the tk666 platform — whether through a browser on mobile or desktop — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These three documents together form the complete agreement between you and tk666.

These terms apply to all users of the platform including registered account holders, visitors who browse without registering, and any person using a registered account on behalf of another person. Use of the platform by any person under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To open and maintain an account with tk666, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be registering as an individual in your own legal name, not on behalf of a company, group, or another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of tk666 or any of its technology or service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your location.
• You must not have a currently active account on tk666 that has been suspended, terminated, or self-excluded.

Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. tk666 reserves the right to require identity verification — typically via CNIC — before approving withdrawal requests or at any other point deemed necessary to confirm eligibility.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on tk666. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device combinations — is a breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and any balance being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. This means your password and any two-factor authentication codes linked to your account. Sharing your login details with another person is prohibited. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the tk666 support team immediately via the contact details provided in Section 14.

tk666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account was registered with false or misleading information.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or manipulation of games or betting markets is identified.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• tk666 is required to do so under applicable law or by a competent authority.

In the event of account termination for breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including winnings — may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, balances will be forfeited.

04 Deposits & Payments

All funds deposited to your tk666 account are held in PKR. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing. The minimum deposit amount is shown in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

tk666 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit, processed instantly.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit, processed instantly.
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system.
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from any major Pakistani bank account, typically credited within one business day.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending review.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, or to a verified payment method registered under your name.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Usually within a few minutes to two hours of request approval.
• Raast: Same business day in most cases.
• Bank Transfer: One to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, identity verification via CNIC is required. Subsequent withdrawals from a fully verified account are processed without additional document requirements unless unusual activity is detected. tk666 reserves the right to request updated verification documents at any time.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where:

• The account's identity verification is incomplete or documents are under review.
• Active wagering requirements from a bonus or promotion have not been met.
• The request is flagged by the platform's fraud or anti-money-laundering checks.
• The minimum withdrawal threshold for the selected method has not been reached.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on tk666 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the selection, stake, and odds before confirming a bet. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature on a specific market.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports:

• Bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided unless the platform is running live/in-play betting for that market.
• tk666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault or human error in market pricing.
• In the event of an event being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules published for that sport and market type.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• Winnings from voided bets are not paid. The original stake is returned to the account balance.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, take advantage of system delays, or use automated betting software is prohibited and will result in account termination.

For cricket specifically — including PSL matches, bilateral series, and ICC tournaments — ball-by-ball markets, innings totals, and player performance markets are subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board. tk666's settlement decisions on cricket markets are final.

07 Casino & Games

All casino games available on tk666 — including slot games, live casino tables, crash games, and fishing games — use certified random number generation or operate through live dealer studios provided by third-party game providers. The outcomes of these games are determined by the game software and are not influenced by tk666.

By playing casino games on tk666, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All games have a built-in house edge. Over time, the expected return to the platform is positive. There is no strategy that guarantees winnings.
• Game results are final as displayed. Disputes about game outcomes must be raised with support within 48 hours of the game session in question.
• tk666 is not responsible for technical faults caused by your device, internet connection, or browser that result in a disconnection during a game. Interrupted sessions are settled according to the game's last confirmed state on the server.
• Playing casino games under the influence of substances that impair your judgement is not advised. tk666 will not accept responsibility for decisions made in such circumstances.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

tk666 may offer bonuses and promotional credits to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out here. Where there is a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

General bonus conditions that apply to all tk666 promotions:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts constitutes fraud.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are removed from the account balance without notice.

09 Responsible Gaming

tk666 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults. It is not a financial product and should not be used as a method of generating income, solving financial problems, or recovering previous losses.

tk666 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you how long you have been active on the platform during a single session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period — from 24 hours up to several weeks.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk666. Engaging in any of these constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or play games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games, share information in live casino games, or coordinate betting positions to exploit the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from criminal activity. tk666 operates anti-money-laundering checks and is required to report suspicious transactions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported and will be reversed. Deliberate exploitation will result in account termination.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another user's account, or with the platform's backend systems.

11 Privacy & Data

tk666 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

In summary, tk666 collects registration information, payment details, transaction history, gaming activity, and device/connection data. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, verify identity, detect fraud, and comply with any applicable legal obligations. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk666's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk666 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical faults, server outages, or internet disruptions beyond tk666's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers in relation to game outcomes or technical faults within their software.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment intermediary.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to Terms
